Would LOVE to have this form

Asked by ryuval on November 20, 2014 at 09:40 AM

I would LOVE to have a 2 part form like the one at: http://www.carloanscanada.com/index3/?gclid=CN7k97azicICFeLyMgodeDEAng

If applicant decide to exit the page before completing step 2 of the form, I will still receive part one! incredible!!

When you fill up all the fields on the first part of the form and you hit next, it goes in to the second part of the form. (all on the same page, and the same area)

    PLEASE HELP.....

    Thank You

    Hi,

I can see the first form here: http://www.carloanscanada.com/car-loan-application/fbappone.html

But I can not see a direct link to the other form.

What I would suggest is to create a simple jotform with the fields that you need and once you have your header and footer images as on that form we could help you fix any issues that you might still have on your jotform.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

Yes, what I meant is that there is no link to the second form to go to it directly so that all of our agents can see it without actually sending false submissions to the company hosting the form.

In any case, once you add the fields that you would like to have on a form and have any issues with some of the sections, we would be happy to help you finalize it.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
