Issues when using the form collapse tool: a huge space between fields is displayed when the form is loaded for the first timeAsked by mstroz on November 20, 2014 at 11:53 AM
I've added several elements to three Collapse Form areas. When triggered there is a huge 1000+px dead space between fields within Collapse Form areas. I can refresh the browser [Chrome] and the refresh will correct the problem.
Can this be fixed?
Upon checking the form you're reporting, I didn't see any collapse areas in it.
Maybe you're referring to another form?
If this is correct, could you share the link of the form with us? Does this happen when the form is embedded on your website or it also happens when the form is viewed using its direct URL?
We'll await for your response.
Sure thing: http://form.jotform.us/form/43226573571153?
Select a Product Choice like a necktie or a bowtie. That'll trigger each
Please accept my apologies. I totally missed that.
And thank you for providing the additional information, I was able now to see the height issue.
I believe the issue is related with the image checkboxes rather the form collapse tool, but I'll need more time to run tests on my side and confirm what's happening.
I'll get back with you when I've finished my tests.
I've finished my testing and found that the issue is indeed related to the height of the image checkboxes widget. I was able to fix it by injecting this CSS code to my test form:
max-height: 600px !important;
