I am having issues upgrading my account and I don't know my Jot form password.

    When I Click the option that I forgot my password link and enter my email, and click send reset instructions, nothing happens.

    The username I show associated with your form is "goldwin" and the reset email should be sent to "info@goldwinamerica.com".  Try using your username for the password reset, that should send the reset email to your account.
