Card form: text field automatically enlarges and fits the screen and Next button get hidden due to that

    Hi there, the second screen on our form titled Accommodation Terms and Conditions will not scroll enough to show the Next button so that users can progress the form. Are you able to provide advice on how this can be rectified please?

    Hello Kelly,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform support.

    You just need to zoom out the page and you can see the Next button:

    Also, try splitting the text into two separate fields/cards and check.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello Kelly,

    Thanks for your response. If this has never occurred before on your card form with the same text field then it's an issue.

    I am reporting it to our developers to check.

    Once there is an update we will inform you via this ticket.

    Hi Girish - any update on this please? We have been experiencing the same issue, just in the last couple of days.

    Users have reported being unable to see the Next button - and I have also seen a change of layout, where the heading of a page is partially missing.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Unfortunately, we haven't received word yet from our developers regarding this issue.
