December Renewal Issue

    Dear Support,

    On dated 28th October 2022 we have renewed Jotform subscription for 1 month which supposed to be discontinued on dated 28th November. Due to some engagement, we were forgot to downgrade the account from Sliver to Free and next month subscription was charged on dated 28th November 2022 for next month.

    Currently we don't required subscription for the next month. Therefore, we request you to please cancel our current month subscription and refund the deducted amount. We have already submitted the downgraded request.

    We are your regular customer need cooperation from you.

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we handle your request. Account is cancelled per request. We have refunded the charge made on the account amounting to $49.
