How do I setup an automatic email when an approval workflow ends?

Hello Gus,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. By default, the approved email will be sent to the one who submitted it. If you want for you to receive the email after the approval flow ends, you can change your approval email settings. Let me show you how:
- In your Approval Workflow, when Approved, select the Email and go to its Settings.
- Under Recipients tab, remove the Email field and set it to your own Email.
