Hello,
I'd like to start selling online gift certificates that customers can print immediately for last minute gifts. My issue is, is there any way to prevent them from printing it multiple times?
Thank you!

Could you please let us know how are these certificates generated?
If your clients need to fill a JotForm to ask for these certificates, then you can set unique submissions in your form to allow only one submission per client. Check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
Let us know if this works for you.

Thank you, but I don't think that's what I'm looking for. I would like to have a form connected to paypal. Once payment is received, the confirmation screen would be a gift certificate (or it could be emailed to them.) My issue is, I'd like the customer to be able to print the gift certificate, but only once (to prevent one gift certificate being used multiple times.) Does this make sense?

Yes it does make sense. =) Thank you for explaining further.
And I think I understand what you meant.
Unfortunately, there is no way to take control of the user/customer to prevent them printing the 'gift certificate'. It must be something outside JotForm, so we will not be able to control it.
But can you also share to us the URL of the location of the 'Gift Certificate'? Perhaps if we can check it, we will be able to give suggestions on how to go about it.
Thanks.
