    hi, we're testing your forms to determine if we should subscribe for a paid service, and we noticed that within the last few days whenever one of our forms is submitted to us, we're getting multiple submissions of the same completed form, thus adding to our usage and confusing us as to the true form submitted to us.

    we tested using internet explorer and this happens. then we tested using firefox and it didn't happen. are you aware of this?

    for our account 9 duplicate forms were submitted. can you delete those from our usage?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your message. I believe this is caused by the person submitting the form. She might have pressed the Submit button of your form multiple times because the time stamp for each "duplicate" submission is different as shown in the screenshot below:

    You may need to use a JotForm feature called Unique Submissions in order to limit entries from the same IP address to one. Adding a Captcha field will also be useful in deterring intentional or accidental spam submissions.
