Hello.
Is it possible to include attachments (like PDFs) in the auto-responder email?
If yes, how.
Thanks

Hi,
May I ask what PDF will you attach?
If it is copy of the form submission then it is possible by adding the {pdf-link} on the auto-responder email.
If it is an actual PDF file that is attached on the email, then the answer is no. I would recommend to put the link on the auto-responder email, so that users will be directed to download it if they want.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

HI.
No, it is not a copy of the form.
The PDF is an agreement that I have to provide.
Will explore the idea of the link and upload it to my site for people to download.
Thanks.

Hi,
You cannot include attachments in the Form Email.
The most you can do to provide an included documents/attachment in the submission email of the form is to include the link to the document/attachment.
So, the attachment must be hosted(uploaded) first before you can include its URL link into the email message.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
Thanks.

Great news! This feature is now available.
Files uploaded to your form can now be sent as attachment on email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback:
You can read more about it on our article blog here
