It seems that you were not able to load the JotForm builder properly due to network or connection issue on your side.
Can you please retry again by following this steps.
1. Logout of your account.
2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. Close the browser.
4. Open the browser.
5. Login to http://www.jotform.com/login
6. Click on this link http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true
7. Go to your My Forms page at http://www.jotform.com/myforms/
See if this make things better.
