    How can I close my account?

    Hi there

     

    i have a plan to 2 years.

    in the backend i see: 20th of December i must pay next time.

    But i don't need it at the future.

    Can i close this account?

    You can downgrade your account to a FREE plan and this way you won't lose the information that is already captured in your account.

    In order to downgrade your account, you need to login to your account, click on the man-looking icon, click on the Account link, click on the billing icon on the left and change your current plan to Starter

    Let us know if this works for you.

    Or if you still want to go with the removal of your account, please confirm that you're referring to this account: helvetiacomputer and we'll proceed.

    Yes if you downgrade using the method described by my colleague you will not be charged again. Your account will downgrade to a free plan on December 21st, if you cancel before that time. With a free plan you can still have access to your Jotform account but with different monthly limits.

    You can see here the monthly limits associated to the free plan.
