I've set up a form that uses the DocuSign widget. One of our end-users has reported that the widget does not show in her browser, and that she sees a white space instead; see the attached screenshot.
Do you know of any issues with the DocuSign widget that could be causing this? What do you suggest that the end-user does in order to see the widget and thereby sign the form?
