Jotform emails sent from 207.

    Jotform emails sent from 207.91.192.x (pool6-x.formresponse.com) are blocked by ProofPoint but these IPs aren't listed in this article.

    Hi Curious,

    Thanks for waiting patiently. It looks like these IP addresses are blacklisted by your email provider. Can you try reaching out to them and tell them to whitelist those IP addresses?

    Also, check your domain to make sure that Jotform's IP addresses and domains are in your whitelist. If they aren't, you should whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains, and inform your users about this. Because their servers could reject emails from Jotform.

    If you're still having the same problem, is it an option for you to change the Custom Sender Email to the default one? If so, we have a guide about adding or changing your Sender Email that you can check out.
