This was perfect for what I needed! Is there a way to add a text label beneath the image as well?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm, you are trying to use the Lightbox embed method and you want to add a text label beneath it, is that correct? If yes, I'm afraid that is not possible. However, you can add a custom CSS code to the form to add text beneath it and use the iFrame embed method instead.
