Add an option to write about special request

At the end of my drop-down selection, I want them to be able to write in an answer if the one they want isn't there, what wording or whatever do I add for that?? So at the bottom of "Fruits" on the order form there is selection of many fruits but then I want also to be able to type in answer. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you would like to add an option for clients to write about their special request at the bottom of all the selections. I checked your Grocery Form and I can see that you have already added a Text field for this special request in the form which is a way how you could do this. Also, you could achieve this by adding a Configurable List with texarea field. See the screenshot below showing this:
