When I submit my questions I would get a total but when I check the email where the results are sent and I do not see a total. How can I fix this?

Are you referring to this form: http://www.jotform.co/form/41535077076860?
If I understand correctly, you want to see the total score in your email notifier.
However, upon checking the notifier. I see that there's a calculation field referenced in it {calculation27} but it doesn't exist on the formYou need to add a form calculation widget and enter the calculation values for the radio buttons (how many points are given for each answer).
If this is not the form you're referring to, please let us know which one is so we can take a look at it.
Thanks.

Good evening there is already a figure in the calculation values but the form is still coming up with no totals. Is there something else I am doing wrong?

I've cloned your JotForm to my account to check the issue. As I check your JotForm, I see that the calculation values are more than the options displayed.
Also, I see that the calculation result is displaying the calculation values side by side instead of totalling.
This is due to missing + symbol in between the variables. Please add + symbol in order to calculate the totals of the variables.
The calculated result on the email is not being displayed due to the field {calculation27} doesn't exist on your JotForm. Please remove this field from the email wizard and add the Calculation field from the form fields on the right side.
Please make these changes to your JotForm and see if it works as expected. Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you.
Thank you!

Good evening. I made the changes that you mentioned but now all my answers are coming up as incorrect. I don't know if it is totalling correctly as I am always getting a zero correct for all my responses.

Your notifier was using the wrong field name for the calculation tool.
I went ahead and fixed it for you.
On my test submission the correct total score was included in the email notification sent to you.Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best Regards. -

I am really confused. The calculation field is working but when I click submit all the answers are showing as incorrect. This form was working where the information was submitting properly but since trying to fix the calculation it appears as though the results submitted via email is now calculating incorrectly. Please provide some insight

@missmissymissm
You are using incorrect tags for the field answers. May I ask where these tags came from?
For example, the first field's answer should be generated by the tag {1in} and not {1Cash} as in your form's email right now -- you can get this tag by clicking the question from the Form Fields list on the right side of the email wizard.
Please insert the correct tags to your email notification (again by clicking the corresponding question in the "Form Fields" list).
This should make the selected option appear next to the questions.
Let us know if you require further assistance.

I've tried submitted your JotForm and noticed that you are trying to calculate the results using our QuizForm App. I've moved your question to a new thread since this is a different issue and shall be addressed there.
