My forms are disabled

    Hi there. i'm having the same problem and i have a premium account ... could you help reseting my account??  thanks

    Are you referring to the following JotForm? 

    http://www.jotform.com/form/1194426886 

    I see that this JotForm has an expiration date set to the past date and hence it was disabled. So, it is displaying the message that Form is currently unavailable.

    In order to make this JotForm active, please change/remove the expiration date from Preferences. Now, enable the JotForm by selecting this JotForm, Click on More and then Enable.
