    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly, did you meant you would like to access your account and change the email? Or you can't log in to JotForm and wants a password reset using the email? Or are you referring to how to access the "Email Alerts" or notification setup in our Form Builder?

You can follow the guide below for the suggested solutions

    1. To find the Email setting in your account, you can follow the screenshot below.

    2. If you need a password reset and want to receive the instructions via email, you can do it by:

2.1 Click the log in option and choose "Forgot Password"

2.2 A message will display and you will need to input your username or email that was used to register your account to where the reset password instructions will be sent.

    3. If you would like to set up the Email Alerts or Notifications in your form, you can do this by:

3.1 Navigate to My Forms->Choose a form to edit->Click the "Edit Form" option.

3.2 Inside the Form builder, click "Setup & Embed" then "Email Alerts"

3.3 You will then see a notification setup (if you already have one) or you can click "Add New Email" to add.

3.4 You will then see a "Compose Email" window, this will let you create the content of our email or notification when the form was submitted successfully. Click "Reply-To and Recipient Settings"

3.5 You will then see the "Provide Sender and Recipient Details" window, here you can edit the email to where the notification will be sent together with the other details.

3.6 To see the basic setting up of email alerts, you can check our guide here: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

You can also learn more about Form Email in this section of our User Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-4-Form+Emails

I hope this helps or at least gives you an idea on how to proceed. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.
