Hello Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As per checking, your email is currently associated with a guest account. Guest accounts aren't regular accounts. This is the reason you aren't able to reset your account's password. You'll need to convert your Guest account to a regular account first.
To do this, kindly signup to Jotform and while signing up, use the same email address that you used for your Guest account (i.e. the one you used for this conversation). This will convert your Guest account to regular account. After this, you'll then be able to use your account normally.
If you're referring to a different account, can you please share to us its username/email?
