Why doesn't my logo load on my form?

I am hoping to add our logo to our forms, but they keep loading as a missing file. What should I do to make sure this doesn't continue?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test the issue, but I could not replicate it on my end. Check out my results below:

Can you share the image with us via google drive so we can test it? In the meantime, please try renaming the image using basic characters, then upload it again. Sometimes the special characters cause the image to show a broken link.
