I'm getting the alert that we are over Quota, but I deleted the items and should have the available space now.

Hello faampta,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like your account is still suspended due to exceeding the usage limit because you were not able to permanently delete the submissions on your form. To permanently delete them, please go to the Trash Entries folder and delete all the submissions there.
Once you deleted it, your account will be reactivated and you will be able to continue using Jotform again.

Hi faampta,
Thanks for getting back to us. I have checked and recalculated your upload limit, it should be all good now. Please note that the upload limit for the Free plan is up to 100 MB only. If this still happens in the future, you can export the submissions to grab a copy of them and delete them to free up your upload space. Here's a guide for that.
Another option is upgrading your account to increase your account's Upload Storage Space Limit. Please refer to this guide for more information about your account's usage and limits.
