Inventory Widget Not Calculating Total in Form Calculation Field.

This form was working, but now when somebody selects an item it no longer calculates in the "Total" field, which is done through the Form Calculation widget. The "Total" field is typically hidden, but I made it visible to troubleshoot. 

Any ideas on what broke? I'm baffled...

For reference, it appears there was a javascript interaction with our website that was breaking the form. I used an iFrame to embed it on our website and everything seems like it works now.
