Hi!
I've seemed to reach my submission storage limit of 500 however I have cleared my account of all submissions on all forms and the storage limit is still reflecting a maxed out amount.
I checked out the help center to see if anyone else experienced this issue and got a response and found something, however none of the information provided assisted me with rectifying the issue so I'm here asking for help.
I did clear out my "Trashed Entries" as well.

Hi XODanceLabel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've recalculated your account usage limits and cleared your form cache from our end. Since everything is below the limit, the account should be active now and forms should accessible as well.

Hey! Thank you for your assistance.
The submission storage message is no longer there and I'm also no longer able to view the submissi storage limit as it was before. Even with the warning gone my Forms are still saying they're over quota. Please let me know if there's a wait period before everything goes back to normal and if yes how long that will be.

Hi XODanceLabel,
Thank you for getting back to us. The free account has a limit of 5 forms. I checked your account and I can see that you have 10 forms. You can disable/delete a form for you to create a new one.

Hi! I'm not referring to the number of forms I have access to. I'm referring to the submission Storage limit of 500 which is the cause for my forms saying its over submissions quota when trying to access them.
Please attached image for further reference.
How can this be rectified? I already permanently deleted all submissions from all forms.

Thank you for clarifying this. I checked your forms and they are showing up on my end without any errors. They show up as active. I can also see that it is not reaching the limit. I cleared your form cache again. Please log out and then log back in to check. You may also consider clearing your browser cache or trying this on a different browser.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
