How to make so that the mail came the values which I will install and not those which appear in "options", and those indicated by "calculation values". For example, in my form http://www.jotform.com//?formID=32667421146352 in the fields charset is the list whose value must match the specified valuePage URL:

To have a specific value shown on the email, the information would have to be on the form.
You can however achieve this by using conditions and a hidden field. You would then use the hidden field value to show in your email.
Here is a sample form of how the field would look an operates: http://www.jotform.com/form/43264598342966
The field will however be hidden on your form.
To get this result you would select the "Update Form Field" condition
You would then set your conditions
You would then change the field in your email notification to match the hidden field value
I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

In your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/32667421146352 please try adding a new Notification Email also using the Add New Email button in the Email Alert.
This process will make sure that the Notifier email will be refreshed and updated with all the current available fields in the form.
You should be able to see the missing field available then
Please try this procedure. Inform us if still not resolve even after doing this already.
