The concern is the 'file upload" area. Background of input area in white and the words 'no file chosen' do not appear.
I can see the File Upload field looks different in IE, I am using IE9 and this is how it is shown:

The single file upload button is defined by the browser. We can't control it. If you'd like to control exactly what the button looks like, use the allow multiple file uploads options, and set it to allow only one file. This will use a similar button across all browsers.
