I would like to cancel my subscription because i do not need the form anymore. It keeps telling me that I have entered invalid useranme and password, it won't accept my email as valid, and it preloads a long number on the username field.
Can you cancel it for me?

Your subscription has been canceled it is scheduled to be downgraded on October 6 until then your account shall remain Professional.
Just thought you might want to know as an added information, since you were using credit card for payment it was handled by the payment gateway Plimus. The long string of numbers is your Plimus username.
If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.
