I have found that the check box in the terms and conditions widget on my booking form is no longer visible. Could you please help me fix this?
I cannot see the checkbox, please see this screenshot. So can you please advise why this is the case?
Also when I preview the form using Jotform, I cannot see the checkbox. Please see this screenshot:Page URL:

I as said on the previous thread, the check box shows up on your form:
Is this happening on a specific browser version? I would recommend you to log out, clear your browsers cache, and log back in, let us know what happens.

I took a look at your website and I too can see the checkbox.
Can you please tell us if this happens on all of your browsers or only one and if you have tried clearing your browser cache?

I have tried clearing the cache and this doesn't help.
I could also see that this worked on someone else's laptop when I asked them to try it. Therefore I suspect that it is dependent on the platform used to view it. I have tried on my iPhone and Surface Pro 3 and neither of these display the checkbox. It is not helpful if it is not visible on certain platforms since I have a variety of users completing the form.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate further.
