Not receiving payments through paypal

I am losing money because your system does not work.  Fix it.  Paypal has NO payments recorded.  Where is my money???

We are sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your email address and I saw that it is on the bounce list. I removed it from the list.

On the notifications, please make sure that "Reply-to Email" value should be "Email". 

I also suggest whitelisting our IP addresses.

Can you please double check your paypal account too see if the payments were made?

Please check the submissions page if the forms were submitted with payments. Take note that if they did not continue the payment, it will appear on the incomplete payments.
