We are sorry for the inconvenience. I checked your email address and I saw that it is on the bounce list. I removed it from the list.
On the notifications, please make sure that "Reply-to Email" value should be "Email".
I also suggest whitelisting our IP addresses.
Please refer to this article on How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.
Can you please double check your paypal account too see if the payments were made?
Please check the submissions page if the forms were submitted with payments. Take note that if they did not continue the payment, it will appear on the incomplete payments.
