Increase Payment Submission Limit

    The free package only allows for 10 payment submissions- Is there a way to upgrade just one feature or do you have to upgrade the entire package to be able to allow for more payment submissions per month?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade only one feature. You can upgrade your account to any of our available plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.     Okay thank you for letting me know.

    After I have hit my 10 payment submission limit, for any orders after that will it allow my customers to place an order and just not collect the money, or Will it stop working altogether?

    Or to continue collecting orders after that 10 limit do I have to go in and adjust the form and remove a payment requirement?

    Hello Meghan,

    Once the payment submission limit is reached, your forms will be disabled, and you can't accept new submissions anymore unless you upgrade your account to a higher plan to get more limits or wait for the next month for the payment submission limit to reset.

    Okay thank you for letting me know.

    Is there a way for me to collect submissions of orders but not collect the payment? Can the payment be bypassed with it still showing the customer what the total should be?

    Hello Meghan,

    Yes, you can add the product list field on your form without adding payment integration into it.

    This will let your users add orders and see the total but without any payment.

    Give it a try and let us know if it helps.

    That sounds like it would work great but when I try to add “ product list” it is unhighlighted/ grey on the list and won’t let me actually add it. Why is that?

    Hello Meghan,

    You are seeing that grey color since you already have a payment field on the form and you can add only one payment/product field on the form.

    So you will need to switch the existing Cashapp payment field to the Purchase order payment field (which is the same as the product list field):

    I would recommend that you download your form submission first.

    Awesome thank you for explaining that!

    Lastly is there a way to reset my views and submissions cause I haven’t published the form yet and what has been tallied so far as of 4:45pm ET was only me and my team trying it out and view it, not actual submissions

    Hi Meghan,

    If you are logged in on your Jotform account and made some test submissions, this will not be counted towards your submission limit; however, if submissions were made by your team from different browsers, then this will be counted on your submissions. I'm afraid, we are unable to reset this, submissions limit will reset every first day of the month.
