Hi,
I recently created an account and made some forms for my work. I have been trying to access this and haven't been able to, as every time I try to log in it says "login failed - suspended".
I did try to login the other day and forgot the password to my account, so I followed those steps and changed my password. Then proceeded to login with the new password, and It was rejected, with the message "login failed - suspended".
I have since waited a few days but the same thing continues to happen.
How do we resolve this situation?

Hello Gemma,
Thanks for contacting Jotform support.
Your account was suspended since the form https://www.jotform.com/form/223269116839867 was collecting credit card details on the form. This violates our Terms of use and PCI compliance.
We will need to remove the fields collecting credit card data and only then can we reactivate your account. Please check and confirm.

Ok, I'm happy to remove that field.
How can I do that if I can't access my account/form?
