Pero mi casilla esta desactivada, y las URL son HTTP, y no HTTPS. No entiendo como desactivar ssl, si yo no marco la casilla. No puedo usar jotform, por que me tiene bloqueado hasta hoy. Gracias por su ayuda.

Your forms are currently disabled because you have reached the allowed SSL limit for a free account which is 10 SSL submissions per month only. Again, it's impossible that you will reach this limit without using it. So I would ask you to provide the webpage where your forms are currently embedded so we can confirm this.
Also, when embedding the form, make sure NOT to check the "secure" box in the form embed wizard:
