How to get the legacy Bronze plan back?

    I had legacy $19 per month rate, but now I got downgraded automatically.

    I had a $19 per month (not yearly) rate.

    This was the old legacy plan.

    Please help me restore it.

    Hello Spheere,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The negative balance incurred when you downgraded to Bronze Monthly from Bronze Yearly has been used and after the September change there was only -$10.11 left which was not enough to pay the whole month so the system charged the card on file but it was declined; this happened on October the 22nd, 2022 and after 7 days, the plan was automatically downgraded due to non-payment. I'm afraid it can no longer be reverted and the account is now subject to the new pricing.
