is there a way to insert print screen captured images into your form?

Asked by chutchins on September 26, 2011 at 10:33 AM

i have a form that we use in our office as an internal form to verify insurances. IF they verify insurance on the web we have them Print screen the insurance information and insert it into their chart. We were wondering if they could paste that information into the form. IF not i figured they can just paset the information into a word document and then upload that into the form. Just trying to save a few steps if possible.

    Hi christy,

Unfortunately pasting a print screen directly on the form is not possible. However what I can suggest is to use the File Upload field from the Form Tools. The user will save the screen capture as an image file then include it in the form submission by means of the file upload.

Below are some articles from our user guide which you may find helpful on how to use file upload:

Hope this helps, let us know if you have questions.
