How can I remove the PayPal integration from my jotform?

Removing the field that is integrated with PayPal removes the integration.  In your case it would be the "Amount" field:

Though this field may not be linked to your PayPal account, it will still cause the integration to show as connected as long as the field is live.  Removing this field will show that the integration is no longer live.
