Why are my jotforms suddenly upgrading to premium monthly

    I have been getting a few notices that my jotform is upgrading to premium monthly

    why is that, was there a one year time limit

    or so many forms over a year and then upgrade time

    I need to know why and also I need to know for which forms

    I have several clients for which I have used jotform and I have no idea with your notice and invoice

    which ones are upgrading or why

    Hi Shelley,

    Were you referring to your JotForm account tsaykehdene ?

    From what I can see in the payment records, the subscription is a Monthly-PREMIUM plan.

    Since this is a monthly auto renewing service, it had auto renew again today.

    The service renewal will only stop if you will cancel your subscription.

    Yep I realized that when I noticed is always the same day
    what is confusing is that the email I get says the following

    Congratulations! Your JotForm account has been upgraded to JotForm Premium Monthly:
    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/

    this makes it sound like a new thing.....and so I think, OK who else has upgraded to premium monthly

    I think just one congratulations email when the site upgrades would make sense

    (and my daughter assures me that it will never upgrade on its own)

    and then just an invoice or receipt after that

    I understand your point also. I agree that the service auto renewal email notice can be confused to as a new thing..

    I will raise your concern to our higher team support so that they can also evaluate and check on it. It will help in providing improvement on the auto messages being sent to users.

    It has always been an auto renewing subscription, so, it is not really an upgrade but just a renewal. It will indeed NOT auto upgrade on its own.

    The subscriber/user must upgrade manually if they want to change subscription plan.
