How can I add a submission counter on an email notification subject?

1. Is there a way for me to set up notification so that when a prayer request comes, the number of submission shows on the subject line (see the screen shot below). It would be help to keep track of the requests coming in.

This is possible to add an autoincrement Unique ID widget to the form. Then, list it on the Email Notification subject. Please see the following animation:
