We've just made the monthly payment yesterday and it was successful, want to know why we continue receiveing mail regarding payment. Attached to this message we send you the screenshoot of successful payment receipt. Thanks.

I did check your account and it seems you have upgraded your account again yesterday with order #INT141124-7437-35118 but your old subscription was not cancelled. That is the reason why you have received the failed payment emails.
I have taken care of this issue and cancelled your old subscription #INT141015-2040-96497S. Now you have only one subscription and is in good shape until the next renewal date of December 24, 2014.
