Creating PDF Form from jotform with Form Collapse tool shows only closed Form Collapse tools

I need to provide a PDF of a booking form.  However, because of the way the forms are set-up when I download the form it just gives me the headings, but not the individual questions under each heading. If there a way to resolve this?

This is an example of the PDF of mindfulness for health booking form.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    I see the issue.

What you could do is to go into the Form Designer and open each of the Form Collapse tools once you do this you can get a PDF of it and if the jotform would be available online as well, you can go back and set them back to closed status.

To open them, just click on them and then on Status button in the toolbar. Once you click on the Status button, it will show you Closed and Open options and clicking on Open will show the fields.

What I will do now however is to raise this to our developers as a bug, so that in future the Form Collapse is being printed as opened instead of closed, if it is visible.

Once it becomes available you will be contacted by our developers through this thread.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
