How many entries for single form is stable

I think this is an easier question, but I could not find it in FAQs. At what level of amount of responses would mess with the stability of export tools? (Example: a form that amassed 55,000 entries) Should i break these up into separate forms to take down the load on one? What # would start ot raise concern.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Can you please just let us know if you mean 55.000 fields or 55.000 submissions on a single jotform?

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Unfortunately, we can not provide a number of submissions that might affect the export tools. The number might depend on the amount of fields the form has and other factors.

However, we automatically split the Excel/CSV export data into multiple files (5,000-10,000 rows in each file) if there are many entries on the form. Also, it should be possible to download the data partially.

Partially Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV

It is most likely that you will be able to download the 55,000 entries from a single form. You can contact us if you notice any issues with the data export.

    Thank you.
