Custom Thank You Message not working after JotForm submission

I created a "Thank you message" page after the user fill out the form, but I'm testing the form and always get the message on the print screen (it means "This form is not available!"). Can someone help?

Hi,
This is happening on your jotform http://www.jotformz.com/form/43285301382652
because you have setup a submission Limit of 1 to the form.

I suggest you remove the Submission Limit and set it to back to zero(0). This should fix the problem and will allow submission on the form again.
