Dear JotForm team,
I have a serious problem. All my forms stopped working today. The submit button is not working. We receive many calls and emails because our booking system is not working. Can someone get in touch with me please?

I just tested one of your forms and I managed to be able to submit properly. Are you still experiencing form issues on your end?

it seems to be working again. Can you explain how this could happen? For several hours all submit buttons didn't work :-/

I checked this as well and can confirm it's working on my end too after testing one of your forms. Glad to see it's working on your end again either way though.
As far as I know we haven't had any problems so to be honest it seems that there may have been a temporary problem at the time which looks like it has cleared up and we do apologize about that. If you continue to see this happen as an issue though please let us know and we'll gladly check again.
