Integrated form shows error message Form not found.

I have a problem with my forms I created recently. When I integrates my form on my website to embed source, html, it appears the message "Form not found This form is disabled". I have tried different ways of integration does not work.

It does not see my form. What to do? Can you help me please?

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. That is the reason why all your forms were disabled and you were getting this error message.

We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Your forms should be working fine now.
