Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone.
I did check your account and it seems you have not received any submission data in your form. You have not received any submissions in November yet.
Do you mean to say that you had submissions in your form and they are deleted?
It is very unlikely but please confirm and we will report it to our back end team.
