    Hi,

I believe it is now possible, depending on the condition that you have. I've made a sample form, you can check the guide below.

    1. This is my sample form, with a field name "Hidden" and is currently hidden when viewed in live form.

    2. To hide a field, you need to click on that gear icon of that field and choose "Hide Field"

    3. I then navigate to "Setup & Embed"->Conditions

    4. I chose "Update a Form Field Value" because I want the "Hidden" field to have values in it depending on the condition I set up.

    5. In my Conditions Wizard, I set a rule that when the "Email" field is filled, the content or value of the "Hidden" field will be "Hidden is Filled".

    6. After that, I will set up my notifications in "Email Alerts".

    7. You will see on the upper right side of the display the form fields available that you can put to your email content, this includes the "Hidden" field.

    8. I've made a test submission and you can see that the content for the "Hidden" field is now displayed in your email notification.

I hope this helps or at least gives you an idea on how to proceed. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.

    Hi Charlie,

That's what I did, it's just that I put the hidden field in the subject of email. In my case, the {hidden} in your example email is in my email's subject. I got 0 (zero) value in the subject of the hidden field when i got the email. I'm sorry for not telling that first. Is it possible to display hidden field in the subject of email? Thanks!

    Hi,

No worries. If it's alright you could also share your form's URL so that I can check where the problem might be.

Anyways, you can try this one. The problem might be that if you are using different fields that are hidden and adding them into your Email's Subject line, the reason that it returns "0" is that it is set to a numeric value. If you are using another field as a value for the hidden field you can switch the return types to numeric or text values.

    1. Value is in numeric, click it to change to text value.

Value is in Text, click it to change to numeric.

In my case, the field I used is a textbox, so I hard coded the values as a text which is "Hidden is Filled". Then, just like what we did early, we now added the {hidden} tag in the subject line.

My notification email will be like the screenshot below, the "Hidden" field value is also in the subject line.

I hope this helps. Let us know if it works or if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.
