no longer able to access jotform website

    Hello JotForm,

    Ever since the attack on JotForm on Friday, September 26th, we have been unable to access the website from within our company's network. We can however access it from any other network we've tried. Since we didn't change any settings on our router my IT guy and I are confused and hoping you may be able to shed some light on a resolution. JotForm has become vital to our organization and without being able to access it for the last week has been quite a struggle. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

    One of the nodes on your network probably caches our old IP addresse. You can use instead of until the DNS cache is cleared.

    By the way, our DNS time to live is 3600 seconds. There is definitely a problem with the node that caches it for 10 days. Your sysadmins should look into it.
