Please confirm that this email is in error as I have already paid for an entire year of Jotform and if my business is haunted I will be furious as the holiday season is coming up.
I see you upgraded but are wondering why you received a notice of your forms being suspended.
The message you mentioned appears to have been sent out in error even though you upgraded so we do apologize about that. I think it was sent out because you were probably close to your limit for the free plan prior to the time you upgraded to premium.
I checked your account and everything looks okay on our end. I can see that your account is Premium and also Active so it is safe to disregard that message.
I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. I CONTACTED YOU GUYS LETTING YOU KNOW I HAVE BEEN SENT AN EMAIL BEING NOTIFIED THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS ABOUT TO BE SUSPENDED EVEN THOUGH I PAID AND WAS CHARGED AND NOW MY WEBSITE WHICH USES YOU GUYS FOR GIFT VOUCHERS, HAS THE GIFT VOUCHER JOT FORM DISABLED. I COULD NOT BE MORE PISSED AS TODAY WAS A BIG DAY FOR GIFT VOUCHERS FOR US AND YOU HAVE COST US REVENUE. I WOULD LIKE TO PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME TO
A. REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN GO BACK TO TAKING GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASES AND
B. GIVE ME SOME SORT OF REIMBURSEMENT OR I WILL MOVE MY SERVICES TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT I WAS REASSURED I WOULDNT HAVE MY ACCOUNT TURNED OFF AND IT OBVIOUSLY WAS.
The account Hudsontable does not have any forms on it, but I found another account augustking which is on free status and has been disabled due to it being over its limit.
In short, I regret to say that you have upgraded the wrong account.
To rectify this issue, we have moved all forms from augustking to Hudsontable so you can start receiving submissions again.
