Error Loading form from Source Code

Hello. When I try and use the source code or pop up code the link that is generated takes me to an error page -

Firefox can't find the server at form.phishing-site.www.

The code www address I paste also changes after I publish it on my site to include 'form.phishing'?

I can remember some time ago that all Jotform forms had this problem and everyone had to change the code on all of their form embedded on websites.

I use several forms and have tested them all. They all do exactly the same?

    Thanks. Jay

    Hi Jay,

Are you still having problems on your form when embedded on your website?

    Upon checking this link: http://www.thelocksmithtrainingcompany.co.uk/course-brochure

I see that it is now active and seems to work fine?

Here is a screenshot on my Firefox:

I would suggest you clear your browser's cache, I also cleared your form's cache just to make sure.

If you are still having problems, this guide might help you in choosing what embed form code to use: http://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

I hope this helps. Let us know if you are still having problems with this.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply Charlie.

The forms on my website all work okay as I had to change the embed code on them all. I done this some time ago when Jotform was having problems with their forms being classed as phishing?

I have been trying to use the 'Pop-Up' embed code. When I embed the code it changes to the pop up text which is fine. But when i click the pop-up link I get taken to an error message pop-up window. When I recheck the code it has changed:

    From this:

    <a href="javascriptDISABLED:void( window.open('http://form.jotform.com/form/73081931322', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))">Course Brouchure</a>

    To this:

    <a href="javascriptDISABLED:void( window.open('http://form.phishing-site.www/form/73081931322', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))">Course Brouchure</a>

See that the www address has changed and this is the pop up window I get.

    @jaydorner

That's most likely because a security plugin or extension on your browser keeps on blocking any Jotform that runs on your browser and then stops it from displaying by changing its URL. Please check any of your security plugins and find out which one is blocking the form. Let us know afterwards so we can contact that particular app and maybe educate them about Jotform.

Another possible reasons that you should consider checking are the following.

    1. Your Internet Security Software.

    2. Your ISP might also be restricting Jotform.

Hope any of these helps. We'd appreciate if you could update us with your findings.

    Thank you!

    Thanks EltonCris.

Not great on these type of issues, so how do I check which plugin could be causing this?

Our domain was suspended in 2012 for several days, but it does not mean that our domain was automatically changed on the embed code to something like form.phishing-site.www.

There is some issue isolated to your computer security software, browser with related security plugins, internet service provider or some kind of the content filtering on your website.

First of all, try to disable the antivirus on your computer to see if that makes any difference.
