How can I edit an existing Jotform on our website?

We had a web designer use your form on our website, however, there are a few changes that need to be corrected, and he is no longer available to us.  I am a novice at this, but assume it should not be that difficult for what we need to do.

How do I access the form for editing?

    Hi,

May I know what form in your website are you referring to? Is it the one under the Payment page?

If it is the one, here are the following suggestions that I have:

    1. I see that the form ID: 31565217638862 is in a another account. Please do ask the former web designer you have to log in here again and post here in the forums requesting to transfer or move that form to your account. We will need the permission of the account user where the form is, so that we can transfer it to yours, this includes the data with it.

    2. Another option is that you can clone the form you have in your website, here is the form URL of it: http://www.jotform.co/form/31565217638862

To clone that form, please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URLPlease do take note that this will not clone the data, only the form and it's setting.
