Folders in left hand toggle have disappeared

Hello,

I added an additional folder and then all of the other folders shown under My Forms disappeared. The folders are still there and usable, as you can see in the screenshot, they are shown next to the form names. We can also still add forms to a folder. Without the left hand navigation, however, I am unable to nest folders within one another. I already tried clearing my history and cookies which did not solve the issue.
