After publishing, a form will not allow for more submissions despite increasing submission limits in form preferences?

Could you please let us know the name or ID of the form you're having issues with?
This information will allow us to further investigate the issue.Thanks.

The form is here:http://form.jotformeu.com/form/43084172885360
I first had it limited to 20 submissions, then increased the number to 30, but the form will not accept more submissions over 17. I think I tested this form with test submissions, and later deleted them from submissions. Do such test submissions count again the submissions limit, even when deleted?
Thanks! -

Hi,
I can see what you meant on your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/43084172885360
BUT the form is disabled because it is in Disabled Status.
Please enable the form first. Follow this step
1. Open the form in your Form Builder
2. Click Setup & Embed
3. Click Preferences
4. In General Settings look for "Status" option -- make sure it is set as Enabled
This should enable the form and fix the issue.
Hope this help. Please inform us if issue persist instead.
Thanks.

Thanks! Stupid me, should have thought that the form might disable itself with submission/time limits. Appreciate your assistance. Best.

One more question: if I re-enable a disabled form do I need to specify submission limits again as if this was a new form? Say, I had a form with a limit of 20 submissions, the form disabled itself searching this limit, but I want to have a total of 25 submissions so do I enable the form and limit it to 5 submissions or leave it at 25? Will the form function as an "old" form with a limit of 25 and disable itself after reaching the limit of 25 or this is a "new instance" of the form and it needs to have a new (5) submission limit? Thanks!

Hi,
The form will always do a check on the current assigned "limit" submission.
Example, if the current assigned limit number is 25 and the current submission is already at 25, then the form be disabled.
If you want it to accept submission again at the 26th submission.. you have to increase the "limit" number.
The "limit' being checked is the current submission count of the form.
It will not reset or create new instance at any given time.
Hope it explains the matter. Inform us if still not resolve.
Thanks!
